CrewIdentity makes coordinated apparel and merchandise for professional teams — designed from the brand you already have, produced to order, and delivered to your door. BarberBrand is the first vertical: barbershops and salons.

Ordering is not open yet.CrewIdentity is being prepared for a first programme of 50 teams across 34 countries. No country is open for orders yet: each one opens only when its tax, delivery, production and legal requirements have been established for that country specifically — none inherits another's. Nothing on this site takes payment, and a proposal or quote you receive is a preview until you are told, in writing, who the seller is and that your country is open.

How an order works

  1. We look at your brand first. A proposal starts from your own logo, colours and the way your shop already presents itself. Nothing generic, and no stock design with your name dropped in.
  2. You configure a collection and receive a written quote. Sizes, colours, placements and quantities are yours to choose. A quote is prepared from recorded production costs; where a cost or a tax is not yet known it is shown as not known, never estimated.
  3. Nothing is made until you approve it in writing. You approve the exact artwork, placements, sizes, colours and quantities before production starts. That approval is what production is checked against.
  4. Made to order, delivered to your shop. Each item is produced specifically for your team by a production partner and shipped to the address on your order. Because it is made for you, it cannot be resold — which is why the custom-order policy exists.

The same system — one country at a time, one approval before production, one policy when a garment arrives wrong — is designed to serve other professions that dress a team:

Who you are dealing with

CrewIdentity is operated by its founder as an individual, based in Helsinki, Finland. It is not yet a registered company, and it does not hold a Business ID, a VAT registration or business insurance.

The founder will register the appropriate Finnish sole-trader and tax structure immediately when the first genuine paid order proves demand. The registered name, address and identifiers will be published here and on every quote before that order is invoiced.
